Everyone I deal with at Sippin is always very professional. I appreciate the fact that they take customer service and retention very seriously. I would highly recommend them and would never consider looking for an alternative energy company.

My hot water heater sprung a leak. Dan came by took care of it right away draining the heater. We had to get a new water heater Sippin and Dan was back in two days putting in the new one. They got us up and running and even fixed a few issues on the oil burner while here. I have been with Sippin since 2017 and extremely happy with there service and knowledge. Thanks Dan and Sippin

Just had our annual boiler tune-up included in our Watchguard Gold Oil Heating Plan. Austin Burns the service tech arrived on time and immediately discovered before proceeding with the scheduled tune-up that the boiler expansion tank was faulty and needed to be replaced. If he didn't catch this I would have some serious problems real soon. He promptly went out to his truck and brought in his tools and proceeded to replace the tank (which is covered under the plan - nice!) and then continue with the tune-up. He completed the work quickly, and neatly and a very pleasant person with a great attitude. Sippin has great people working for them and that is a major reason to stick with Sippin Energy year after year. Service plans can add up (boiler, hot water heater, AC, generator) but just one problem can cost far more than the plan itself. I just don't worry about these things now. Something breaks I just give them a call and they respond very quickly.

Called the office today to renew my 2025 budget and service plans for 2025. Spoke to Rebekah Stanley. She was very helpful with the process and laying everything out. No hidden costs, everything straight forward very polite. Everything was completed in a short amount of time and all questions were answered in a very professional manner. I wish more service companies would have such great staff. They seem to set the benchmark for customer service.

Great response time to repair a stuck valve that wouldn’t let the furnace shut down. Really appreciated knowledge & skill of service technician.

While performing annual furnace maintenance the service technician uncovered problem with pressure equalizer & replaced all parts involved. Happily all repairs were covered under service contract. Kudos to service tech for being so thorough in his work thereby avoiding future problems.

Brandon was on-time, professional, courteous and explained the problem with our heat and provided the solution. He was very knowledgable and efficient.

Liz Buchanan in Customer Service is the best! I just worked with her on a situation with my oil delivery that was multi-faceted, with a number of moving parts. She instantly grasped what was going on, and did the research necessary to figure it out. She corrected the situation "on the books" and got back to me immediately with the exact document that I needed. She is a gem, and an asset to Sippin! I hope to work with her again.
