The indirect hot water heater was leaking. The service technicians (Louis and Dan) arrived quickly as promised and determined that the tank had failed and needed to be replaced. Shortly thereafter I received a call from Eric, the Assistant Service Manager, with an estimate. The replacement was scheduled promptly. There was a problem with the manufacturer honoring the warranty on the failed tank. Eric's exceptional effort went over and above his duties to resolve the warranty issue by obtaining the necessary paperwork from town hall to prove my ownership of the property and obtained the warranty coverage for the failed tank. Thank you Eric! The technicians (Louis and Will) completed the tank replacement efficiently and left the area neat and clean. Great job all around with a particular kudos to Eric.

19 AUG 2026 Appointment window was :00am to 12:00pm. Technicians arrived at 12:05pm. Text and email messages arrived indicating that they were on their way at 11:47am. Both technicians were efficient and answered my questions as they serviced my oil burner.
