I don't know what's happening but my ac system has been down for over 3 weeks. I have had multiple visits. In fact 4 different people came in the past 2 days. I need to talk to someone.

Sippin came back and repaired the broken part, Dan C was very professional and informative on everything he was doing. Thank you for helping me out.
Very polite tech , but broke a part and did not inform me. Took it apart to fix it and couldn’t so just left it hanging and didn’t retighten the screws. Said the system was old but was in good shape no need for refrigerant. Two days later I had to have another tech come out because my system froze over and he had to put about 2lbs in on a 5 lb system. Second tech was much more thorough and explained more in detail what he did and what he found. Will have to call Sippin about my broken part. Been a loyal customer for many years with them and will stay with them.
