This very special award was given in recognition of Al's outstanding achievements in Technical excellence, Academics, and Community Service. Al's 30 year career in HVAC has taken him from service technician, to teacher, to Service Manager. In his acceptance speech, he took time to thank those who supported him throughout his career, especially his mentor, Sippin Field Foreman Bob Barnes, who passed away last year.
