Sippin Energy Defines State-of-the-art with real time wireless system
Sippin Energy is now in it's fifth season utilizing the Automated Wireless service information system.  This system provides real-time data to and from our service field staff that allows us to provide the most efficient service possible.  Our field fleet of service vehicles are also dispatched using the latest GPS technology, so we can quickly locate the closest service vehicle to dispatch in an emergency.  In addition, the AWE Automated Wireless system keeps our service department in constant communication with the field staff.  This allows us to schedule appointments with greater accuracy and accommodate unexpected changes in a daily schedule. The AWE wireless system also provides a neat, and easy to read customer work order at the time of the site visit.  Once this site generated work order is created, it is immediately transmitted to our dispatchers so our office knows exactly what type of work was performed at your home.

 Sippin Energy's advanced wireless delivery system has been featured on the cover of Oil heating Magazines May issue.  The staff at Sippin Energy worked hard for many years to help develop an advanced routing system that was directly integrated with a wireless dispatch system.  Working closely with software vendors UPS Logistics, and Automated Wireless Systems, this achievement became a reality.  The system provides greater efficiency allowing Sippin Energy to conserve fuel by reducing mileage. In addition, the advanced "urgency Factor" system co-developed by Sippin Energy ensures high priority deliveries are done on time, reducing the risk of run-outs.

Sippin Deploys Wireless Delivery System
Sippin Energy Products has recently extended its technology edge with a deployment of a state-of-the-art real time wireless delivery system. How does it work and what does it mean for me? Wireless delivery systems increase efficiency tremendously by eliminating the printing of paper tickets. Oil delivery orders are processed and routed on a sophisticated routing system and electronically sent via the internet and over our wireless data communication system directly to the oil truck. This sophisticated wireless system is interfaced directly with our Neptune Electronic Meter System for fast and accurate deliveries. Once the delivery is completed, the data is immediately wired back to our dispatch facility and our records are immediately updated, providing our office staff with real-time information about your delivery. Routing and wireless delivery also allows us to reduce mileage of our vehicles, cutting down the wear and tear and air pollution. Perhaps most importantly, wireless delivery frees up our oil delivery staff and allows them to provide better customer service to you.
